Transaction Advisory Group (“TAG”)

This group has specialised knowledge and experience in structuring, advising on, documenting, securing, and consummating corporate and commercial transactions across various sectors of the economy. Transactions in relation to general commercial advisory work, foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, tax, energy and natural resources, oil and gas, insolvency, business recovery, telecommunications and other infrastructural projects, intellectual property labour law and immigration matters are handled by this group.

Dispute Resolution Group/litigation

Our team of dispute resolution specialists are seasoned in dispute resolution and provide our clients with effective solutions to avoid, manage, and resolve disputes. Members of our team have advised and provided legal representation to clients before administrative panels and all superior courts of record in Nigeria up to the Supreme Court. Our dispute resolution practice includes representations in Litigation, Arbitration, Mediation, Legal Assessment and Case Evaluation, etc.

Ethics, Governance, Risk & Compliance Group

This team is responsible for advising our clients in matters relating to ethics, governance, anti-bribery, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. We undertake and conduct character due diligence, develop governance and compliance policies and provide sector-specific regulatory compliance guidance to our clients across various sectors. This team is also responsible for providing company secretarial services, making regulatory and statutory filings, and assisting with incorporation and post incorporation matters.
